About the COVID Response Marketing Impact Award
Since the moment the pandemic hit, organizations from all verticals were forced to pivot in an agile way to enable secure collaboration and remote work. As a Microsoft Partner, were able to assist them with modernization initiatives by rapidly implementing Microsoft Teams while maintaining a systematic approach to ensure a successful roll out and adoption.
In order to adjust to the uncertainty brought by the pandemic and to support our customers with business continuity initiatives, we had to rethink our Marketing and service offering strategy and focused on addressing their particular challenges brought by the pandemic. Our response was to create a Microsoft Teams Rapid Deployment Campaign to help organizations respond to the sudden demands of remote work while continue to support them in their innovation journeys.
We have been supporting organizations in all verticals impacted by COVID-19 including Healthcare and Government as they enable secure collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. We’ve been helping our customers to modernize operations while protecting sensitive corporate data, making better use of their Microsoft licensing investment, and implementing Adoption & Change Management strategies.
About the Healthcare Impact Award
VNEXT iQ released a custom On-call 365 Solution that combines a set of Office 365 Apps including Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Shifts, Power Automate and SharePoint. The solution aims to help healthcare providers in Canada modernize and automate processes while enabling remote work, improving collaboration, and increasing productivity.
With the On-call 365 solution we are helping Healthcare customers to modernize and digitalize their legacy on-call processes and workflows. Also, the solution can be customized and tailored to each organization while preserving a standard architecture that relies on Office 365 and Power Platform cloud services.
