- The patient will receive the prescription in the mailbox.

Firstly, E-Prescriptions app uses Power Platform and the Bookings app, for the patients to book an appointment with the doctor at a desired date and time. Secondly, the doctor’s team acknowledges the appointment, conducts the consultation, and generates an e-Prescription. As a result, the patient receives the email during the booking of the appointment.
